Feet First: addressing Your foundational support
Connecting your feet and your whole self to the ground through movement.
A 4 lesson Awareness Through Movement Audio series
This mini series consists of four lessons that begin to address the foundational support of the feet. Ideally, your feet provide you with a foundation that is both supportive and flexible. We will explore the ways that we organize ourselves for action, and clarify important relationships of the feet, ankles, knees, and hips. Without a functional foundation, the comfort of these joints is often compromised. We will play with finding the springy innate intelligence of the feet and enhance the support and adaptability of the feet in relation to your whole self.
These are mostly back lying lessons and all are suitable for beginners of the method. All lessons are pre-recorded and downloadable.
