An 8 week Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement Series with Sarah Baumert

This series will directly use subtle movements to strengthen your capacity for sustained concentration. You'll learn to deliberately shift your focus from narrow sensory detail to wide spatial awareness. By using your body as a reliable anchor, you will cultivate the quieter attention that empowers you to choose intention over impulse in daily life.

Students can join anytime during the series, with the option to catch up with the recordings.

BLENDING OF YOGA + FELDENKRAIS WINTER SERIES

A new 8 week session:

November 10th - January 19th, 2026
Mondays: 9am - 10:15am CST
Live classes will be taught on zoom

This is an ongoing Monday class, taught in eight week series. We will weave these 8 lessons through the end of the year into 2026 to keep our practice going during what can be a busy and stressful holiday time of the year. These full body classes will awaken, stretch, and calm the body. Students who have been taking this class format for years call this class their weekly maintenance practice. “It is meditation and movement combined.” They also love this class for its way of accessing strength while still being subtle and nuanced.

Our themes will concentrate on building attention and moment to moment awareness.

All levels are welcome. This will be a nonjudgemental, un-intimidating space to create friends with your body (yourself!).
