An In Person Advanced Feldenkrais Training with Jeff Haller
In this advanced training with Jeff Haller, titled Working From the Inside Out, we move beyond the mechanics of external manipulation to explore the profound art of skeletal support. Instead of the student feeling the work is something happening to them, Jeff teaches us how to offer a touch that invites the student to discover their own internal architecture. By refining our ability to communicate through the skeleton, we help our students find a sense of self-reliance and potency that originates from within their own system.

Empowering the Student
True somatic transformation occurs when a student realizes that the ground is their greatest ally. In Working From the Inside Out, we will dive deep into the nuances of touch that catalyze a student’s internal sense of connection. This training is designed to help Feldenkrais practitioners bridge the gap between external intervention and internal realization. Through Jeff Haller's expert guidance, you will learn to facilitate Functional Integration sessions where the client experiences the work as an awakening of their own ability to find support, organization, and effortless movement from the inside out.
Concepts will include understanding the value of our support from the ground up, organizing the central axis, and supporting a person’s head. For those who have not attended Jeff’s past advanced trainings in Minnesota, this material can stand on its own. Jeff is known for his ability to hold the space for everyone in the room. With his depth of knowledge, he has so much to offer everyone, no matter your current stage of learning and practicing.
“Illuminating! Jeff’s laser-like focus on using the support surface to generate action is an inspiring and direct connection to the martial arts ingredients of the Feldenkrais Method. Through his clarity I found potent new understandings about tonic adjustment, proportional tone, reversibility, and much more. Jeff’s personal work and passion to drill down to the essence of our most basic principles, embody them, and transmit them to others with kindness and maturity is profoundly inspiring.”
