Getting Oriented to Practice Awareness Through Movement
For most Feldenkrais lessons you’ll need a comfortable place to lie down on the floor. This could be on a carpet, a rug, a mat, or folded blanket. Some lessons you will need a simple chair. You may also want to have a bath towel to be able to fold for support under your head in different positions.
Remember: comfort and safety first, above all else, as these are neurologically necessary conditions for learning!

This is mostly a back and side lying lesson, suitable for beginners.
